The workshop will discuss national legislation which regulates the fight against human trafficking with special emphasis was placed on the European Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings, discussed the possibility and necessity of free legal aid and pro-bono assistance, identification of victims of trafficking, involvement of relevant tupperwear authorities in the process of combating human trafficking, preparing cases for representation in court, improving support for victims of trafficking and victims' claims for damages, expressed positive experiences in the court proceedings.
