KEWLOX, Belgian pioneer in modular furniture systems, recently opened its seventh store in Belgium. The innovative and multifunctional furniture mazeikiuose pieces from the 60s now involve a building in the center of Antwerp.
A KEWLOX cabinet is simplicity, design and durability. The moduleerconcept relies on three basic pieces: iron cornices, wooden slats and panels in a material of choice. The recognizable timeless design proved rather endure for several decades to fads. KEWLOX the story begins with the English engineer Kewley, who in 1958 introduced the simple system with wood panels and iron corners. It was, however, an insightful Belgian who pulled forward toward the production license in 1959, and in Brussels started a family business in fit friendly furniture systems. Even Queen Fabiola was very interested mazeikiuose in the cabinets. Even today, all KEWLOX furniture developed mazeikiuose and manufactured in Belgium.

The material multiplies gradually: in addition to wood (natural and laminated MDF), the panels are available in plastic, aluminum, glass or mirror. Production volumes explode, and both homes and professional environments are refreshed interiors with KEWLOX mazeikiuose cabinets. Abroad KEWLOX sets foot in the Netherlands, mazeikiuose France and Germany. The new Antwerp plant, the company today employs seven Belgian showrooms.
The Antwerp address of this seventh store was carefully chosen. Not coincidentally is the building next to other design icon of St. Michielskaai: black and white Roosmalen house architect Bob van Reeth. The 'Closet Roosmalen' symbolizes both the Kewlox concept, as the architectural design of Bob van Reeth (AWG): simple but iconic design. Black and white architectural landmark on the Antwerp mazeikiuose quays was mid 80 commissioned by interior designer Will van Roosmalen designed by Bob van Reeth (AWG). The postmodern family ushered in the start of the revaluation of the Scheldt quays.
